Beginner’s Yoga
For those who may be new to yoga or who may have done yoga in the past and are returning to the practice. A slow, gentle 60-minute class consisting of basic yoga poses to help you stretch and find peace of mind.
Yoga for Runners
An all levels yoga class with a focus on balance, hip openers, and heart openers. Stretches are ideal for runners but anyone looking for a deeper stretch is welcome to join!
Chair Yoga
A basic beginner level class for those who may have a limited range of motion or have difficulty with floor exercises. This class will provide chairs as props instead of yoga mats and will be a gentle, slow introduction to yoga.
Sunrise Yoga
Early morning 45-minute yoga class to help you wake up and start the day fully refreshed. This class is for all levels and will provide a medium to fast paced flow to get your day going.
Yoga for Core Strength
Yoga isn’t just good for mental health, it can also help you strengthen your core! This all levels class will offer various poses that encourage you engage and strengthen your core muscles.
Monthly Theme Class
Once a month a class will be offered with a special theme. Days and times will vary, be sure to check the class schedule on Eventbrite!
